  3. 3Share the BookTap link.
  4. 4Review requests.
  5. 5Check payment manually.
  6. 6Confirm the booking.

For clients

  1. 1Open the provider’s BookTap link.
  2. 2Choose a service and available time.
  3. 3Accept the provider’s payment and cancellation rules.
  4. 4Send the booking request.
  5. 5Continue with the provider on WhatsApp.

Important booking boundaries

  • A booking request is not automatically confirmed.
  • The provider reviews the request, checks availability, and checks payment manually before confirming.
  • BookTap may show provider-owned payment instructions, but BookTap does not process, hold, verify, reverse, or refund payments.
  • BookTap may create wa.me or prefilled WhatsApp draft links, but BookTap does not send WhatsApp messages automatically or read WhatsApp conversations.
