  • Selected service, selected available time, and the request status managed by the provider.
  • Required acknowledgements that the client accepted the provider’s payment and cancellation rules before sending the request.

Operational information

  • Operational information needed for reliability, security, support, and abuse prevention.
  • Technical records that help BookTap keep booking pages available, investigate errors, and protect the service.

Payment and WhatsApp boundaries

  • BookTap does not collect or store card details.
  • BookTap does not process, hold, verify, reverse, or refund payments.
  • BookTap does not read WhatsApp conversations.
  • BookTap does not send WhatsApp messages automatically.
